(1) The Center shall maintain the account of the Fund in accordance with the accounting system adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The operation of the account of the Fund shall be by the joint signature of the Executive Director or the authorized staff appointed by him and the Head of Accounts of the Centre.
(3) The fund shall be audited by the Auditor General.
(4) The Government of Nepal may at any time inspect or inspect the accounts and accounts of the Fund.
